The lanes of the UNESCO-listed Ancient Town begin a few minutes away on foot: the Japanese Covered Bridge and the Hoi An Museum of History are about an eight-minute walk, while the back of the building looks out towards the peaceful countryside.
The seven room types are decorated in an elegant Indochine style with wooden furnishings. Every room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a minibar and a desk; some add a private balcony with city views or a bathtub, and a quadruple room sleeps four.

Da Nang International Airport is about 30 km north, usually 35 to 50 minutes by car depending on traffic. The hotel can arrange an airport shuttle at extra charge, and taxis and Grab cars are easy to find at the airport. Hoi An has no train station of its own: trains stop in Da Nang, also around 30 km away. If you're driving, private parking at the hotel is free. Check-in starts at 14:00, so let the hotel know your arrival time in advance; you'll need photo ID and a credit card.
The Ancient Town is best explored on foot, and its centre is closed to traffic in the late morning and from mid-afternoon into the evening. One ticket gives entry to five of more than twenty heritage sites, from old merchant houses like Tan Ky to Chinese assembly halls and small museums. The Japanese Covered Bridge reopened in 2024 after a careful restoration. Come early, between six and eight, for empty streets, then return at dusk when the lanterns light up and paper lanterns, sold from small boats, drift on the Thu Bon River; on the full-moon lantern night the effect is magical. Rent a bike to ride out through the countryside to An Bang Beach. February to April is the most pleasant time to visit, while October and November can bring heavy rain and floods.
